Punchout Orders Involving Design and Installation Services
If your purchase requires space reconfiguration, installation services, or electrical modifications, please contact Columbia Facilities before submitting your requisition. Facilities will review your quote to make sure it complies with University standards, ADA regulations, fire safety codes, and all other applicable building requirements.
You should:
- Obtain a Quote: Request a quote through the punchout and coordinate the details with your Steelcase dealer.
Design Approval: Email the final quote to your local Facilities team for formal approval. Please reach out to the appropriate Facilities team for assistance:
For the Morningside or Manhattanville campuses, contact Morningside Facilities at (212) 854-2222 or [email protected].
For CUIMC, contact the CUIMC CPM and Facilities Finance team at (212) 305-435.
- Checkout & Submit Req: Once Facilities approves your quote, locate the published version in the punchout and add it to your cart. When submitting your requisition in the Marketplace, ensure you attach the email approval from Facilities for final processing.
Shipping Information
This is included in pricing with two exceptions:
- All orders less than $750.00 will be assessed a fee of $65.00 unless the order is for SEATING ONLY, in which case the fee is excluded.
- All orders requiring the installation of wall standards to support overhead storage will be assessed a $100 fee per set of wall standards.
Installation charges for non-union labor are included in the price. For union labor, additional charges will apply.
