Purchasing Requirements

To set up a new account with FedEx go to http://www.fedex.com. From the homepage, select the option for your location and create a new account.

Processing for new accounts will take approximately 3 to 5 business days. An e-mail notification will be sent to you informing you that the account has been created.

Federal Express is Columbia University’s preferred supplier for domestic and international courier and delivery service.  Contact the account executive named below for FedEx classes of service and rates under the agreement. 

FedEx gladly accepts the P-Card as the preferred method of payment. 

Drop-Off

FedEx has dropboxes conveniently located at the following buildings: 

• 525 West 120th near Mudd Building
• 3022 Broadway near Dodge Fitness Center 
• Over 10 dropbox locations within one block or less of Presbyterian Hospital.
