Licensed Promotional Materials Suppliers (ALL)

The University owns numerous trademarks including the Columbia University wordmark, the shield and the crown, and logos used primarily by Athletics such as the Lion and stylized C, among others. 

Exemplar Associates manages the licensing of university trademarked logos, wordmarks and logos to select suppliers.  The vendors listed on the Exemplar Associates webpage  are licensed by the University to use its trademarks in the manufacture of products ordered to represent University entities and groups. These companies are members of the Fair Labor Association, certify that their factory sources are in compliance with Columbia's Code of Conduct, and have agreed to certain guidelines regarding monitoring.

Any University-affiliated entity or group that is ordering merchandise on its behalf must order and purchase through one of the approved licensed vendors. These items are for internal use only and may not be resold. If a vendor is not on the list, they are not licensed and are not permitted to manufacture products bearing the Columbia name or logos.
